The National Assembly Budget Office (Chief, Lim Iksang) virtually held the 2nd meeting of the 9th Budget Policy Advisory Committee on Wednesday, July 20, at 2 pm.
In the meeting, 15 advisory committee members joined, and an in-depth discussion took place. The members offered comprehensive suggestions on future policy directions considering changing fiscal and economic conditions such as demographic changes, climate crisis, and global supply chain disruption. In addition, participants exchanged opinions on the role and key research tasks of the NABO regarding fiscal expenditure, fiscal reform, and taxation and economic issues.
