According to the research, the results of the projects turned out to be obscure. These projects are just focusing on construction of roads and railways. Traffic problems could be improved not only through construction of roads and railways, but also through management of transportation demands and improvement of traffic signal system, intersection or public transportation. In terms of cost-effectiveness, it is necessary to provide a total policy exam to solve the traffic problems in metropolitan area.
