National Assembly Budget Office(NABO) has been supporting the Members or committees of the National Assembly by conducting cost estimates of enacting or revising a law among many other tasks, since its establishment. Revenue & Tax Analysis Team in NABO has provided cost estimates of tax bills affecting tax revenues on the requests of Members or committees of the National Assembly. It aims to show how enactment or revision of a tax bill would change tax revenues over the next five years or less.

"Cases of Tax Bill Cost Estimates 2007" has been extracted adequate cases from 78 cost estimates of tax bill in 2007. It is composed of two parts. The first part covers analysis of present situation for tax bill cost estimates requested and submitted since the opening of the 17th National Assembly. And 23 most important cases are categorized into tax laws in the second part.
