Based on 3 years experiences, NABO published a report named “The Bill Cost Estimate: the principles and methods” in 2006 and has been utilized as fundamental information. However, the changed cost after 2006 was difficult to be applied. Therefore, with updated useful information and new contents, NABO publishes “Standard Information for Bill Cost Estimates.”
In chapter one, executing organization like the commission is divided into three groups according to features, and the average labor and operating costs of each are analyzed. Besides, practical examples from commissions are provided for reference materials.
In chapter two, Information for which we frequently used is provided; including government officials labor cost, construction costs, state subsidies, private insur-ance. All information is based on the newest data from accredited institutions and all sources are stated. Therefore, this report would make it easier to access to this kind of information in the future.
